The vaporetto (water bus) Rialto stop is very close too, so avoiding you to pull your trolleys up and down many bridges at your arrival/departure. Though centrally located, the peaceful Corte de Ca’ Amadi, once the private courtyard of the XV Century Palace of the silk merchant family Amadi, with its ancient staircase and the marble well, is “far from the madding crowd" of the Venice grand-tour.

BiancaTea is a 70 squared meters, comfortable, sunny, tasteful, stylish and cozy apartment, fully restored and renovated in 2007. It is equipped with radiator heating in all rooms, central air-conditioning, TV, safe, towels, bed sheets, and dishware. All of these, and the final clean when you leave, are included in the price. The flat consists of: one timber ceiling living/kitchen room, with a dining table (extendable) and a large sofa; the cooking corner is fully equipped (4 cooking gas plates, microwave/electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink); one spacious, wonderful timber roof truss double-bed room with a large wardrobe and a single chair-bed to pull out; one fresh and cozy twin (or double) bed room with wardrobe. The warming parquet floor is in all rooms. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink WC and bidet. The rooms, kissed by the morning sun, have a view onto the courtyard or the surrounding roofs.
